Mediation

It's good to talk!.

Mediation can help avoid the costs of court proceedings and can quickly find a resolution acceptable to all. Both parties have the opportunity to be heard, to remain in control of the negotiation and fully involved in reaching an agreement. All discussions are confidential and are conducted 'without prejudice'.

Mediation is recommended for dispute resolution prior to final stage grievances, disciplinaries or ET claims.

Elin Pinnell, Partner and head of Capital Law's employment law team, is an ADR accredited mediator and can mediate a whole range of employment and commercial disputes.

To resolve disputes in-house before they escalate to the mediation stage we use a process of facilitation. We work with the Capital Law legal team to provide mediation services.
