Often it's possible to get things back on track through a little impartial, independent help.
Facilitation is informal and focuses on getting to the root of a problem, addressing difficult personal issues, and guiding those involved towards a solution. Not only does Facilitation provide an opportunity to resolve issues informally it can prevent working relationships from completely breaking down and demonstrates an organisation's desire to solve issues to everyone's satisfaction.
We conduct facilitation sessions for employees (between individual employees or groups of employees) to try and resolve issues either before or after formal grievance or disciplinary proceedings.
With upcoming changes in employment law the need to try and resolve issues in the workplace is becoming more important. Facilitation and mediation will play an increasingly frequent role in an organisations approach to employee relations.
