Our experience spans the broad spectrum of HR management; from company set ups to mergers, mediating disputes to improving communications, conducting employee satisfaction surveys to implementing performance management frameworks and from managing recruitment campaigns to designing organisational restructures.
Capital HR is based in Cardiff and London. The team operates nationally with a particular focus on South Wales, the South West and the M4 corridor. We are also available to work outside the UK if you need us to.
