Ruth Blackwell is a proactive and experienced senior HR practitioner who developed her HR knowledge operating for over 10 years in the South Wales automotive and construction sectors before moving into consultancy in 2006. 

Working with the private and public sector, Ruth’s recent experience lies within strategic and project based roles, working with DEIN, local authorities, housing associations, retail, finance and an airline.

A Chartered Member of the CIPD, she achieved her second degree, MSc in Human Resource Management in 2000 and is qualified to deliver and analyse psychometric assessments for recruitment and development purposes.
