Organisations without a HR team
Some of the organisations that we work with do not have a HR department. We offer them operational support or practical and strategic advice as needed; just as a directly employed HR Manager would. The level of our involvement is up to you, from 1 day a week to 1 day a month. We can provide support remotely (via the telephone and email) or on site and in person.
