How We Help

Every organisation is different in terms of its work force, culture and needs.  That’s why we’re flexible in what we offer. We can work:

 

  • on one–off assignments (eg a disciplinary investigation)
  • on an interim basis (Temporary cover for a HR Manager)
  • on a retained basis as an outsourced HR Manager 
Our clients are varied; we work with SMEs and large organisations in both the private and public sectors. 
 

Organisations without a HR team

 Some of the organisations that we work with do not have a HR department.  We offer them operational support or practical and strategic advice as needed; just as a directly employed HR Manager would. The level of our involvement is up to you, from 1 day a week to 1 day a month. We can provide support remotely (via the telephone and email) or on site and in person.

 Organisations that need extra HR help

We support many internal HR teams providing HR Consultancy and :

  • specialist expertise
  • outsourced HR Director guidance
  • additional resource during busy periods or change programmes 
  • independent audits
  • impartial investigations.

    With our internal HR and Employment Law  team and our network of Consultants we are available at short notice and can meet tight deadlines.
